"Forge into a multinational corporation" is to build up a large scale marine life multinational corporation with Gather Great Ocean Marine Biological Engineering Company as the corporate champion, Gather Great Ocean Seaweed Company, Gather Great Ocean Import and Export Company and Gather Great Ocean Technology Development Company as its mainstay, and Chile Company, Peru Company, Indonesian Company and South-African Company as its tail. "Cast evergreen foundation" is to achieve sustainable development of the corporation with prospective view and prevent short-sighted conducts in accordance with the requirements of scientific outlook on development.

Try to win specialized policy operation for national scientific research , as the only enterprise in the same industry of China approved as "National High-tech Enterprise" and "National Agricultural Products Processing R＆D Center-Seaweed Professional Processing Branch" with such scientific and technological research and development capability;
Giving full play to the advantages such as clearly established ownership, flexible mechanism and healthy operation and so on, and making use of the policy environment that the government supports enterprises to be listed to achieve the goal of being listed on the GEM within three years and actively promote capital operation.
Three Adjustments
Adjust the raw material composition of sea vegetable and kelp into imported semi-finished red algae with lower energy consumption;
Adjust the product mix of rough finished products into food, medicine and health food;
Adjust the market structure from developing countries to developed countries and from medium and small cities to medicine and health food of large cities and seaweed food, feed and fertilizer of rural areas in our country.

Breakthrough in seaweed processing technique—transform from chemical extraction to enzyme decomposing biological transformation technology;
Breakthrough in seaweed processing products—transform from rough processing products to intensive processing products and extended products;
